Reflective writing
& the body

a workshop series
with Cynthia Troup & David Young

Zing … unhanding the body’s knowledge releases its libido for knowledge, an appetite that re-constitutes joy—the joy of reciprocity (of relation). Get what you need.
Margaret Cameron, I Shudder to Think (2016)

Join us for this series of workshops exploring the relationship between reflective writing and the body.

Each workshop is inspired by a different image – a new moment in 2023 – that marks a change of season. Each is a space for reflection, writing and sharing guided by Cynthia, and hands-on, one-on-one Alexander Technique with David. Whatever is arising from our practice, here is an opportunity for a deeper communication with the play of our interconnectedness, not separate from creative activity in the world ... .

Cynthia Troup (she/her) is a writer, editor and meditator based on Dja Dja Wurring Country, with a background in music and European languages.
