Alexander Technique is a powerful tool for changing everything. At a time when I was addicted to work, it helped me stop and become more aware of my mind and body. Alexander Technique works for all kinds of different people in different ways, unlocking potential and transforming lives. I trained in Berlin, and now I work with individuals and offer workshops and retreats. See more


Meditation is well known and documented for its efficacy, but nothing could have prepared me for the impact it would have on every aspect of my being. Sitting and meditating for even five minutes has tangible benefits. Attending a ten day retreat reveals deeper possibilities. I spent three months as a monk in Sri Lanka and maintain a daily practice with regular retreats. I do not consider myself a meditation teacher, but I am passionate about sharing this simple act which can bring so much focus, calm and self-awareness. Join me in a group sitting. Read more


Art has been at the center of my work for over 20 years, during which I have served as a composer and artistic director in contemporary music, cross-art form collaboration, chamber opera, and film. I was co-founder of the arts company Aphids, and directed the Next Wave Festival and Chamber Made Opera. Although I no longer composer music or direct performances, I still consider myself an artist. I believe that art is vital for imagining and envisioning new possible futures. Read more
